Discolini is a high-vibe fusion of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and ecstatic dance, all set to an uplifting mix of house and disco beats. I’ve designed this to energise your soul, liberate your body, and light up your inner glow.
You’ll move through a powerful Kundalini kriya to awaken and activate your energy…
Then drop fully into a dance floor of freedom, to fully express and where movement becomes medicine.
