A Sadhana is a daily dedicated spiritual practice. This beautiful container is a live online morning practice held over 11 consecutive days.
Each session lasts 45 minutes, starting at 7am weekdays and 8am at the weekend. We work with the same Kundalini kriya, breathwork, and mantra every day.
